Come and join the Planning, Permissions and Land team!


This new permanent role provides PA and administrative support to the National Support and Advice Team in the PPL Unit, as well as project coordination for several projects of our major projects.


We're seeking an experienced administrator who is looking to develop their project coordination skill-set within a supportive and complex working environment.


The work includes:

  • Provision of personal assistance to the Manager – diary and email management, meeting support, drafting correspondence and arranging travel
  • Administrative support to the team – support the team with payroll and HR processes, coordination for Official Information Act, Ministerial and Parliamentary Question requests, and document management
  • Provision of project coordination –working with the DOC's Project Management Framework on tasks such as writing and managing foundation documents (e.g. risk and issue registers, project initiation documents), supporting governance groups and reporting.
