About our group

The Web and Applications Services team provides Business Analysis, Development, and Testing for over 60 priority business applications.

About the role

We have some exciting opportunities for experienced Senior Business Analysts with either a business or technical lens. This is a permanent role and sits within the Application Delivery team which is part of a much wider ICT capability. 

The Application Delivery teams are responsible for delivering business analysis services to multiple business groups supporting their applications, and are embarking on a transition into continuous improvement value streams, employing agile methodologies across all aspects of the software development lifecycle. 

About you

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience in business analysis and bring a range of skills and experience in the following areas:

  • Proven experience with Agile delivery methodologies Scrum, Kanban, LEAN
  • Proven success in gathering and analysing business requirements across different user groups, and provide advice on technical and business solutions.
  • Proven success in analysing complex issues and developing effective options for action.
  • Excellent relationship, communication and writing skills
  • Experience in any or all of : SCRUMmaster, Identity Management, Finance, Banking Sector, using SQL would be an advantage
