This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Auckland Region Business Services team in our Mt Eden office, reporting to the Manager, Contracts & Licensing.


The Contracts & Licensing Administrator's core role is to monitor and maintain accurate information as well as respond to queries and provide advice and guidance to Education Advisers, Managers, and sector clients. This role requires a strong customer service focus, combined with attention to detail and the ability to work with high volumes of information in a legislative and regulatory setting.


Your positive can-do attitude and proactive nature means that you are always looking for ways to improve how you work to create the best possible outcomes for any situation. You will have previous experience working in contracts and/or licensing administration role, and be confident in your ability to communicate effectively in person, on the phone, and in writing.


To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Ability to self-manage, to problem solve and identify innovative solutions;
  • Experience in working co-operatively to solve problems or complete tasks;
  • Strong organisational skills and commitment to completing work accurately and on time;
  • Technically savvy person with a strong working knowledge with excel spreadsheets
  • Ability to analyse and critique data;
  • A tertiary qualification (desirable), or equivalent experience in either a Contracts or Licensing discipline;
