Mō tēnei tūranga | About this role
This role will assist in managing the processes and systems to govern effective benefits planning, which will help ensure the investment portfolio meets its strategic objectives.
You will assist in the full life cycle of Benefits Realisation across all programmes and portfolio. Your key focus will be to ensure that all projects and programmes have identified, defined, managing and monitoring the agreed benefits.
Your key accountabilities will include:
Developing, implementing, administering and maintaining benefits framework, policies, procedures and guidelines for Property Delivery Portfolio, Programmes and Projects and develop and maintain standards for benefits identification and management, including processes, templates and tools.

Mōhou ake | About you
We are looking for someone with Benefits Management experience alongside a good working knowledge and understanding of benefits concepts and practices.
Relevant professional qualifications in project and programme management and/or experience within a large construction infrastructure related Portfolio or Programme Management Office would be ideal and thorough knowledge of international best practice.
