About the role
Delivery Managers (Minor Works) are responsible for developing effective relationships and trust with schools and other internal and external stakeholders, to deliver school infrastructure projects on time, to budget and to scope as set out in the project brief. Delivery Managers will oversee a group of capital projects (building construction) and will follow and work within Ministry and TPHM policy, procedures and guidelines. Under the Minor Works portfolio, the projects are typically low risk, high volume, of wide variety and valued at under $3 million.

You are a Project Manager with relevant construction knowledge, and a strong track record of using project management methodologies and organisational processes to achieve efficient outcomes, manage risks and implement lessons learnt. You have an understanding of the full end to end project management for construction projects from business case to completion of the project.
