At Te Tāhuhu o te Mātauranga | Ministry of Education, we work to provide services and support nationally, regionally and locally to the education sector, and in some cases, directly to ākonga and whānau.

Mō tēnei tūranga | About this role
The Delivery Team Manager (DTM) is primarily responsible for a delivery team who will collectively contribute to the delivery of your team's allocated projects. You will be responsible for the tactical organisation of resources (e.g. the DTM may also directly deliver projects) ensuring optimum utilisation and delivery of projects aligned with the Capital Works vision and values.
Mōhou ake | About you
You will have extensive experience in all stages of project management delivery and proven skills and experience in leading and managing a team of professionals and critically important stakeholders at a project level.
You will also offer:
- Excellent relationship and contract management experience.
- Proven success in leading and managing a team of professionals and critically important stakeholders both at a programme and project level.
- High level technical understanding of the New Zealand building industry, design and building processes.
