About Te Puna Hanganga, Matihiko | Infrastructure and Digital

Te Puna Hanganga, Matihiko | Infrastructure and Digital leads inclusive, accessible and integrated digital and physical infrastructure and transport services to the education system. Our group delivers technological solutions for a more ‘networked' system, in which digital and technology solutions are considered alongside local and regional network infrastructure needs. 

Mō tēnei tūranga | About this role

You will provide support to the Project Accountants in the provision of services including budgets, forecasting, modelling, management reporting and planning, costing, benchmarking and developing the financial capability of managers. The role supports the financial management (budgeting, forecasting, reporting etc.) for capital expenditure for the Te Puna Hanganga, MatihikoProperty Delivery Teams.

Mōhou ake | About you 

You will have a Bachelors' degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics (or a similar business discipline) with relevant experience within a finance environment.  It is vital that you are a self-starter, dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers.

 You will also offer:

  • Effective communication and relationship management skills
  • Experience of working with multiple data sources and systems to compile and generate management reports
  • Experience in an asset/capital intensive organisation, ideally in the construction industry.
