Multiple permanent opportunities available, ideally based in Christchurch, Wellington, or Takapuna


Do you enjoy supporting a busy team of professionals? Join us!  We have multiple permanent roles for proactive support staff within our Information and Intelligence Services (IIS) group.


We require the services of a several experienced and pro-active Business Support / Group Administrators to provide professional leader and administrative support.


As a people-person, you will form great relationships within the broader team, the wider group, and across the organisation.  Naturally, you're a born organiser and planner, operating just as effectively during times of ambiguity or rapid change where you thrive on making connections, being resourceful and figuring things out.


Day to day, you'll be working on:

  • Diary and email management
  • Organising meetings, agendas and meeting action points
  • Event, travel and catering requirements
  • Assisting with purchase orders


We'll be looking to see your experience working in an administrative or support role, as well as your sound understanding of MS Office.
