Our newly formed Customer & Compliance Services groups (CCS) are looking for their new Team Leads. We are looking for strong, passionate, energetic and motivated people leaders. You will be instrumental in building a trusted team, encouraging innovation and empowering your people. Your people are there to provide customer service across a variety of channels and products, they work both proactively and reactively to help customers to get it right from the start
In this role you will:
Inland Revenue is currently reinventing itself as a modern revenue organisation. This transformation will bring about significant change to the way we operate and how we interact with our customers. We're making the tax system simpler, more open and certain for New Zealanders to pay their taxes and receive their entitlements. This is one of the largest transformation programmes in New Zealand's history.
