Job Description
Inland Revenue's major transformation programme will make tax simpler, more open and more certain for New Zealanders and transform the way we do business. This involves change to our systems, how we do things, the ways we work and the way we're organised across the whole of Inland Revenue.
The Transition Support Service (TSS) team has been set up to provide fit for purpose change and transition services to business areas going through change. We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Change and Transition Manager to join us on a fixed term or secondment basis until June 2020.
In this role you are the ‘go-to' person. You will provide support to business group leaders' from organisational design right through to implementation and transition with an emphasis on people-centred change and transition management planning. There is a strong networking focus where you'll work collaboratively with senior leaders, business groups, business partners and other key stakeholders to source and provide the expertise needed, with people experience at the heart.

This role is based in Wellington but candidates are welcome to apply from Auckland, Hamilton or Christchurch. There will be a significant travel component where you will be required to be in Wellington everyday for some weeks at a time.
