Be part of Inland Revenue's strategic enterprise-wide commercial and procurement function in this pivotal leadership role


Do you have market experience in sales or are you a commercial professional ready to step up?

As our Manager, Performance & Capability you will lead a team of operational experts, driving best practice, processes and standards and ensuring that our engagement(s) with the market, our suppliers and partners drive the best outcomes for Inland Revenue as well as ensuring we are our Supplier' preferred Customer and we are able to attract innovation.  

 

Ideally you will have a career history that demonstrates your strong customer centricity and you will have the networks and a background which may include sales, management and procurement experience within large scale organisations, programmes and projects. 

 

Impeccable written acumen is needed to ensure messaging with Executives and Ministers is succinct and applicable. A collaborative style is key to this role, yet you'll also need to be decisive and possess the confidence to stand your ground on tough decisions; strong and effective written and verbal communications skills are essential. You will be comfortable engaging with and influencing executive leaders and external stakeholders and have a proven ability to strategically manage continuous change and improvement. 

 

Inland Revenue (IR) is well advanced into a multi-year business transformation which will modernise our entire operation.
