Do you want to work in a dynamic team that it is at the forefront of working with the Minister of Revenue's office and across Inland Revenue?  If the answer is “Yes” then read on!

 

Our Government and Executive Services (G&ES) team is looking for an experienced Coordinator to join our team of professionals.

                                                                                                                

The team is responsible for providing high quality support to the Minister of Revenue and the Commissioner of Inland Revenue and you will play a critical role in monitoring the status of work, ensuring all deadlines are met and stakeholders are appropriately informed. This includes official correspondence, requests for information, reports and all other written material.  You will also provide high quality support to the Minister of Revenue and Inland Revenue staff.

 

As the successful candidate for this role you will become an essential member of our team and be involved in a variety of interesting projects. 

 

To succeed, you will ideally possess experience that demonstrates:

 

  • Experience in coordinating work in a complex, busy environment with changing priorities
  • Sound knowledge and practical experience in a broad range of administrative procedures
  • Ability to use initiative and make decisions quickly based on the information available
  • Political awareness and the ability to develop an understanding of machinery of government and parliamentary processes
  • Comfort in dealing with highly confidential and sensitive material
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • An ability to learn and build capability in using software applications associated with electronic document management and workflow systems
