As our Payroll Specialist you will be a valued member of our HR Operations Team and wider HR group. LINZ is a medium sized organisation, and we have a fortnightly pay cycle, so we are looking for someone who enjoys working across all areas of payroll processing and reconciliation. You will need to be an organised individual and you will ensure every task is completed on time and information is accurate.

He pūkenga tou - Skills & Experience
- End-to-End payroll experience
- Sound knowledge of Payroll/HRIS Systems (CHRIS21 would be advantageous)
- Expert computer skills, particularly in excel
- An eye for detail and strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills; you'll be comfortable working with all levels of an organisation
- A pragmatic and positive approach to work
