Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role
As a Coordinator at Toitū Te Whenua you play a central role in your team by providing seamless, professional support across the full range of coordination and administration activities. You are proactive and able to skilfully manage multiple deadlines and priorities to ensure the best outcome in each situation. You build collaborative and positive working relationships across the wider business and are an active member of the administration network.
The Organisational Effectiveness group is designed to be an influential centre that supports the whole of Toitū Te Whenua to be effective. We combine the key enterprise functions to drive efficiencies and support the ongoing performance of Toitū Te Whenua.
Our Coordinator roles support this through providing seamless administrative support to a range of people and processes across our group. This includes arranging meetings and events, sorting out travel, organising invitations, catering, setting up rooms and taking minutes for meetings to name but a few things. You will also provide administration support to the Leadership Team and our Business Manager. You will have the opportunity to support people related processes like recruitment and administering the induction of new staff as well as supporting financial processes by organising purchase orders and processing expense claims.
He pūkenga tou - Skills & Experience
We're looking for someone who has proven successful experience in administration roles delivering proactive and customer-focussed service. You'll have strong attention to detail and be able to prioritise tasks effectively to achieve multiple demands. A strong communicator with excellent verbal and written skills, you will be comfortable working with a range of peers and leaders.
Having experienced a range of computer and technology systems, including the full suite of Microsoft Office products, your ability to adapt and learn our current systems and processes will be a key strength. As will be identifying and implementing any improvements in how we undertake our mahi.
The Salary range for this role is: $52,261 - $70,707
