With a leadership team who are keen to make a difference, these Manager Crown Property roles are an opportunity to consolidate your existing experience to provide people leadership in Crown Property at LINZ.

You will work closely with the Group Manager Crown Property to plan and deliver the Crown Property Business Model and work closely with your peers to provide seamless operational delivery of objectives.  Managing a team of hardworking and dedicated Portfolio staff, you will also contribute to the wider Crown Property and work programme.


To be considered for the position you will have:

  • Ideally a relevant tertiary qualification
  • An excellent understanding of the operational and analytical functions of Crown Property
  • Experience in asset planning, management and disposal, as well as tenancy and debt management
  • An inclusive management style, with the ability to provide open feedback
  • The ability to diagnose, simplify, streamline and improve
  • And understanding of the machinery of government
