As our Manager Organisational Development, leading a small team, you will play a key role in shaping, driving and delivering the OD strategy and initiatives that support LINZ's direction. This includes ensuring we have the right focus on how we develop our leaders, recruit and grow our people and continue to build a diverse and inclusive organisational culture.  You will also ensure our BEST values are an integral part of the fabric of LINZ.

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • A pragmatic and open-minded approach
  • A proven ability to build trusted relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and strong influencing skills
  • Proven experience in enhancing organisational performance through the development and implementation of innovative and fit for purpose frameworks and initiatives that enhance capability, talent management, culture and leadership
  • To be an inclusive and inspiring leader who will enjoy further developing the talented individuals we have within the LINZ OD team.
