Job Description

Our Quality Assurance Team is seeking an individual who enjoys working in a process based analytical environment to add to the dynamic of the team. 

The Quality Assurance Team provides trusted advice to strengthen the performance and quality of the Property Rights Titles System. On a daily basis, Quality Assurance Analysts are responsible for auditing Title transactions pre and/or post registration to ensure accuracy. Six months from it's establishment, our team are looking to focus on defining the future state of how we deliver assurance in the Titles System. By auditing and understanding the current state of the system's quality, and identifying opportunities for improvement, you and the Quality Assurance Team will add significant value to New Zealand's Property Rights.

We are looking to complement the existing skills in our team. The Quality Assurance Analyst position is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has past experience working within a validating and processing environment, experience in data analysis (especially working comfortably in Excel spread sheets), delivering exceptional customer service, with clear, concise oral and written communication skills.  It is also well suited to smart and capable individuals who can learn new skills, and want to step into a challenging new role.

To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate the ability to;

  • Assess compliance based on set criteria, including legislation, regulation, policies or procedures

  • Make high quality decisions and judgement calls in sometimes ambiguous situations
  • Work quickly and accurately to ensure we respond to the customer in a timely manner
  • Capably multi-task and embrace change
