If your answer is yes, you might be the person we are looking for to be one of our Coordinators in the Crown Property at Land Information New Zealand (LINZ).

We have an exciting Coordinator position where you will be responsible for providing administrative support across the Crown Property group in Wellington and you will actively contribute within the LINZ Administration Network. 

Crown Property's role is to advise government and agencies on how to achieve the best public value from the Crown Estate and provide strategic advice to government on land management where natural events have had a significant impact on land.

This is a fast-paced role and as a Coordinator you will provide seamless administrative support to the Group Manager and three Land & Property Wellington teams who have different needs and approaches.  This will include arranging meetings and events, sorting out travel, organising invitations, catering, setting up rooms and taking minutes for meetings.  You will also provide administration support across financial processes by organising purchase orders and processing expense claims as well as supporting people related processes like recruitment and administering the induction of new staff.

 

This is a busy and varied role and the right person for this role will have:

  • Proven successful experience in administration roles delivering high quality, proactive service to teams and customers.
  • The ability to handle multiple demands, prioritise tasks effectively and anticipate future needs.
  • Strong experience and ability with the full suite of Microsoft products.
  • The ability to learn, use and adapt to new computer technologies and systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ideally reporting writing skills.
