Immigration New Zealand – Service Design and Performance Branch - “Better by Design”


We are looking for two keen and skilled analysts to help us develop and deliver quality assurance advice within INZ.  This work includes maintaining our new assurance tools, and will include the development of site specific reporting to improve INZ quality metrics. 

You will need to be able to utilise your previous experience as an analyst to deliver high quality well researched and insightful analysis and reports.


Successful candidates will have the following skills and experience:

  • Knowledge of the immigration operating environment
  • Knowledge and experience of business analysis work
  • Ability to use computer software packages – SAS skills an advantage
  • Proven ability to clearly present analysis and ideas on paper, and in person to a variety of audiences
  • Be a team player – demonstrable skills in working well with others
  • Must have the legal right to live and work in New Zealand


The salary range for this position will start at $65-80k+ depending on skills and experience.
