About the role:

As our Senior Advisor Remuneration and Analytics reporting to the Manager Remuneration and Analytics you'll be responsible for delivering timely, high quality, accurate and consistent remuneration advice as well as delivering solutions and initiatives centred on the business' needs.  You will also support across the analytics and insights space.  You will bring your expert business understanding and perspective to work in partnership with managers and staff within MBIE.

This is a challenging role where the work is interesting, busy and varied.

Skills and experience required:

• Experience in the remuneration world including the basics like job evaluations but also able to provide in depth remuneration recommendations
• Outstanding technical skills including intermediate to advanced excel knowledge
• Excellent working knowledge of HR Information systems (we run our rem review in SAP SuccessFactors)
• Sound exposure to HR processes and solutions
• Experience providing professional HR advice to meet information needs
• The ability to quickly establish, build and maintain strong working relationships
• The ability to influence others to achieve required outcomes
