About the role

As an administrator in our busy team you will maintain accurate and timely organisation, position, and workforce data with exceptional customer services for MBIE.

In addition you will work as part of a busy team and be able to work to deadlines, have an understanding of employment and employee processes, and meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.

 

Skills and Experience

  • Entry level Workforce, Payroll or Human Resources knowledge is an advantage, but not essential
  • Accurate data entry skills with strong numerical ability
  • Good understanding of related legislation and processes
  • Strong customer service focus
  • The ability to work under pressure and to tight timeframes
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship management skills

This Fixed Term position, reports to the Team Leader Payroll Systems and Processes in the Finance and Performance Group of MBIE.
