This pivotal role will see you will providing high level support to a busy Tier 3 Manager and their team. You will have the opportunity to use your excellent organisational skills and initiative to manage the diaries and emails of a busy Tier 3 manager whilst providing support to their wider team. Showcase your ability to be proactive by keeping track of what's on top ensuring timely accurate delivery of support.  You will use your strong communication skills to manage relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally.

 

Encompassing all aspects of EA/PA and admin support, you will need to possess a natural ability to manage competing priorities, multi task in a fast paced environment all whilst remaining calm and delivering under pressure. You will need to be self-managing, able to anticipate and act on the needs and priorities of the day.

 

This is a fantastic opportunity to interact with our senior leaders and so applicants must possess a high degree of initiative, and skill at communicating with senior stakeholders. Motivated and proactive, you will have a well-developed ability to exercise sound judgement, confidentiality and discretion at all times.

 

There is plenty of opportunity to be involved in wider initiatives within Strategy and Policy and to also further your own personal development. This is a role that will keep you challenged with a great team and lots of opportunities for you to really make your mark.

 

Previous experience at supporting a team within a medium or large organisation is essential, as are strong skills and ability in using MS Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio and PowerPoint).
