Sector Operations Group - Dunedin

 

We have an exciting opportunity for a Payments Officer within the Sector Operations Group. You will support the team to become a Centre of Excellence through a programme of continuous business improvement. If you enjoy working with motivated, fun-loving, goal-oriented achievers, Sector Operations friendly environment offers a great place to work.

 

You will be responsible for managing the receipt, data collection and processing of claimant payments, and to manage the eligibility and documentation associated with these payments.

You will have a strong customer focus and provide support and advice to claimants and the Sector with queries and requests relating to their payments.

We are looking for someone with experience in:

  • Processing of payments and data entry

This is a Full Time permanent position based in Dunedin.
