Job Description

Sector Operations delivers customer service across the health sector by providing a full procure to pay system and payment processing.  We are also responsible for the management of the Contact Centre.  We have a clear focus to lead and advance frontline services through partnership. 

We have an exciting opportunity for a Payments Officer, you will support the team to become a centre of excellence through a programme of continuous business improvement.

You will be responsible for the processing of payments and data entry, delivering an excellent standard of customer service, problem resolution and working closely with the team to achieve goals and performance targets.

 The successful candidate will have:

  • Fast and accurate keyboard skills

  • An eye for detail

  • The ability to pick up new systems quickly

  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt face new challenges

  • A results focused attitude
