We regulate the health sector and are the primary source of advice on health matters. Our HR Consultants (HRCs) work closely with Senior HRCs providing support to their assigned portfolios. This busy and varied role will see you providing support across a range of functions including drafting letters and providing advice to the business, assisting with OIA's, supporting on various projects including remuneration review, policy updates and scoping and providing narrative for quarterly reporting. You will work closely with all teams within People & Capability and have opportunities to work in collaboration with other teams on key workstreams and projects.

- Previous experience within Human Resources
- The ability to build strong relationships within the team and across the wider business
- A strong desire to work flexibly and as part of a collegial team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
