Ko tōu ake mahi - What You'll Do
We are currently recruiting for a Coordinator within our Regulatory Services Directorate. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join a team growing to support the legislative and regulatory changes to our health system. You'll be keen to hit the ground running and join this collaborative team environment on our important mahi.
In this busy role you will be responsible for providing coordination support to the team for various work programmes, managing the generic mailbox accounts and phone queries on behalf of the team, coordinating resources, setting up meetings and events, preparing agendas and taking minutes, amongst many other tasks.
Ko ngā pukenga ōu - What You'll Bring
- Proven ability to provide coordination support across complex programmes of work
- Proven experience in managing sensitive information
- Tertiary qualification and/or equivalent experience is required
- Advanced skills in the MS Office suite and document management systems
- Excellent prioritisation and time management skills
- Public sector experience and understanding of Machinery of Government is desirable
