Ko tōu ake mahi - What You'll Do
In this busy and varied role, you will be providing comprehensive administrative and executive support to a Group Manager within the Senior Leadership Team of the Strategy, Policy and Legislation Directorate along with providing administrative support to the wider team.
You will manage the diary and email of the Group Manager, scheduling in meetings and assisting with email correspondence. You will assist with the preparations of reports, responses and presentations and contribute to the larger work programme the team are responsible for delivering. You will regularly connect with the other EA's within the Directorate, partnering and collaborating to support the wider Senior Leadership Team wherever possible.
Relationship management is a key component of this role, you will be in your element getting to know internal and external stakeholders providing them with the highest level of service.
