At Manatū Hauora – Ministry of Health we are the kaitiaki of the health system, providing leadership and driving strategy and performance. We regulate the health sector and are the primary source of advice on health matters.
Our Channels team is responsible for managing the Ministry's channels and supporting the wider Communications and Engagement Team with their work across the Ministry. This includes our website, our intranet, our consultation platforms, newsletters, videography, brand and design work.
Ko ake mahi - What you'll do
In this role you will be a conduit between our subject matter experts and our users, to find the common ground between technical and plain language to drive better customer experiences both internally and externally.
- Contribute to accessible and engaging content design through your writing and editing web copy
- Update and create written content and HTML pages in Drupal CMS
- Manage stakeholders and build relationships
- Contribute to our content strategy and web writing guidelines
