Ko ake mahi - What you'll do
As an Advisor in the Regulated Products Team, you'll play a pivotal part in the successful implementation and administration of Smoke Free Environments and Regulated Products legislation. You'll be providing high-quality advice on regulatory gaps, solutions, and risks, while contributing to the development and operation of both new and existing legislation.
We seek individuals with a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a good understanding of regulatory frameworks. Your ability to interpret legislation and provide practical guidance will be crucial.
Working closely with the team, you will review applications to be an approved vaping premise, product applications, prepare advice on information requests and offer evidence-based technical guidance based on relevant legislation. Your expertise will be essential in upholding regulatory standards in the field of smoked tobacco.
