Ko ake mahi - What you'll do
The role of Principal Advisor Government Services is responsible for supporting the Government Services Team to continuously improve its services and drive performance, which includes the through the management of Official Information Act requests, ministerial correspondence, Select Committee work, and parliamentary questions. You will also assist managers and provide support to the Ministry's Private Secretaries. This role is based in the Parliamentary Advice and Coordination Team but also works across the Government Services teams and faces out to the Ministry and stakeholders.
