As Group Manager National Service Delivery, you will lead the delivery of nationalised operations that support the provision of Justice services. National Service Delivery is a business group within Operations and Service Delivery, comprising 750 employees who deliver frontline services through our contact centres, central processing unit, legal aid services, fines collection, judicial libraries and national transcription services.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer you will be a senior leader with extensive experience in service delivery across a national scope. In this role, you will have the ability to positively impact the ongoing and future experiences that our customers have when engaging with Justice. Working in concert with the other Group Managers within Operations and Service Delivery, you will achieve this by creating and delivering on a shared vision that connects the Ministry's strategy to the operational arm of the business.

You will have the ability to drive excellence through effective stakeholder and relationship management, and the ability to shape, deliver and imbed transformational change.

You focus on getting things done, with and through others – knowing which key decisions you need to make, where to influence, when to collaborate, and when to delegate. You have exceptional relationship, leadership and talent management ability. You create strong teams that deliver results that have the capability to navigate for the future.

The Ministry is an exciting place to work, with amble scope for your own development and growth as well as the opportunity to play a key part in delivering people-centred services to provide access to justice for all.

To be considered for this role, you must have the legal right to live and work in New Zealand.
