About the team and the roles

  • Problem solving skills. You will be a proven problem solver, be comfortable working with complexity and ambiguity, and be comfortable coaching and upskilling your colleagues.
  • Initiative. Are you motivated to go beyond the immediate task, problem or issue?

In return, we will:

  • provide opportunities to work on and lead a broad and varied range of transformative changes to New Zealand's justice system
  • prioritise your well-being and professional development
  • give you autonomy to lead work and coach others

The Justice Policy Group actively seeks a diverse workplace, with a variety of life experiences. The Policy Group actively seeks to build its understanding and capability of Te Āo Māori and Te Tiriti o Waitangi, the ability to apply this to your work is particularly valuable.
