The Auckland Tribunals team provide support to a wide range of judicial bodies.


Case Manager

Do you have a flair for customer service with strong planning and organisational skills? If so this busy role, primarily supporting the Weathertight Homes Tribunal and Legal Complaints Review Officer might be the one for you.


As a Case Manager you will be required to liaise with parties involved in proceedings and members of the legal profession. You will work closely with Tribunal Members to ensure customers receive a speedy and efficient service.  As a member of a flexible and supportive team in the Auckland office of the Tribunals unit, you'll enjoy a great variety of tasks. In addition to your proactive approach, you'll be computer literate and results focused with the ability to proof read decisions before they are released.


You will have good interpersonal skills and a desire to do an excellent job.  We are looking for someone who is professional, flexible, and calm with a clear, confident communication style. You will have the proven ability to produce accurate work of a high quality.

This is an active role and you will have demonstrated the ability to work effectively as part of a team.  With this position there may be a requirement to travel.


To be eligible to apply you must be a permanent resident of New Zealand.    


The salary range for this position is $48,853 - $57,473.
