Service Manager – Auckland District Court

We are seeking the right person to fill our Service Manager vacancy in the Civil & Family team at Auckland District Court. This role will report to the Manager Justice Services, Civil and Family at Auckland District Court.
The Service Manager's primary focus is to coach and support employees to increase capability and build a culture of high performance. The role is responsible for overseeing the delivery of services to improve operational quality and consistency across their team and wider Justice Services Area.
We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, people leader with demonstrated skills managing diverse teams. You will need to build and maintain effective and robust relationships with external and internal stakeholders and you will be expert at driving a high performance culture where standardisation, consistency and accountability are underpinned by the values of respect, integrity, service and excellence.

To be successful in this Service Manager role you will:
- Be detail-orientated and observant
- Have exceptional organisation skills with a proactive and friendly attitude
- Understand how to use and analyse data insights and criminal reporting to identify solutions
- Be committed to the principles of te Tiriti o Waitangi
- Bring an understanding of Te Ao Māori, Te Reo Māori me onā tikanga
- Be action-oriented to follow through on actions for effective operation service delivery
- Be energetic and can work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Be flexible, calm and resilient

Salary Range: The appointing salary for this role will be between $84,366 and $110,172 based on skills and experience.
