Are you a self-starter and an experienced professional with a strong desire to develop and enhance your executive management skills? Are you looking for a new and intriguing opportunity within the Justice sector?
Our organization is seeking a motivated individual who can provide exceptional executive administration support as a Judge's Assistant to a Judge. This pivotal role entails working closely with the Judge on a daily basis. As a self-starter, you will have the opportunity to take on a range of responsibilities and tasks, including but not limited to: completing, formatting, and distributing judgments; managing case work diary management; and accompanying the Judge on circuit to other courts.
This is a full-time position that offers the chance to enhance your executive management skills.

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should possess:
- Extensive experience providing executive support preferably in the legal sector demonstrating your organizational proficiency.
- An advanced level of proficiency in office procedures, business processes, and database management, and ability to handle complex tasks.
- Advanced IT capabilities in a wide range of applications, coupled with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to ever-changing technology trends.
- An excellent typing speed with a high level of accuracy and proofing proficiency reflecting your attention to detail.
- Availability for domestic travel, which may require days or possibly weeks away from home.

Utu ā-tau/Salary
The appointing salary for this role will be between $63,066 and $87,837 depending on skills and experience.
