Case Manager- Wellington

Te whiwhinga mahi/The Opportunity
As a Case Manager, you are an important cog in the justice machine. You will work with a team responsible for the successful operation of Tribunals and liaise with multiple stakeholders including members of the judiciary and the public. You will take responsibility for ensuring that the Tribunal and case parties have all the information they need, and that logistics are in place to ensure cases are heard in a timely and effortless manner.
You'll enjoy a variety of responsibilities including Court Taking, Customer service and Case Management. An on-the-job buddy system training plan will be provided.
The team at Wellington Tribunals provides operational, administrative, and judicial support for a number of specialist courts, authorities, and tribunals in New Zealand
Travel is required for out-of-town hearings for up to 20 weeks per year, and you must have a full driver's clean licence. We're looking to fill 1 permanent Fulltime position.

- Multi-task – you'll understand that some of our processes are repetitive, but you'll be able to manage conflicting priorities and move from one task to another quickly
- Willing to learn – legislation and processes in the courts is always changing and you will be able to adapt and respond to feedback

Utu ā-tau/Salary
The appointing salary for this position will be between $56,729 - $78,441 based on skills and experience.
