Court Registry Officer – High Court Auckland

The Court Registry Officer (CRO) plays a vital role in the effective operation of the High Court. Working as part of a dedicated Registry team, you will contribute to:
- Delivering high-quality customer service
- Supporting efficient and timely case progression
- Providing effective judicial and courtroom support
This is a varied role offering exposure to a wide range of court functions. Your duties will include liaising with judges, legal professionals, court users, and other stakeholders, as well as providing judicial support both in and out of the courtroom.
Ō pūkenga/Skills and Experience
Drawing on previous customer service experience and strong multitasking abilities, you will be a key contributor to the day-to-day operations of the High Court. You will be confident communicating with a diverse range of people and demonstrate:
- Strong written and verbal English skills
- Sound computer and administrative skills
- The ability to remain calm, flexible, and resilient in a demanding environment
- Professionalism and confidence when working in a court setting

Utu ā-tau/Salary
The appointing salary for this role will be between $60,729 and $80,794 based on skills and experience.
