Legal Support Assistant – Fixed term 3 months

Looking for a fixed term position in a supportive team environment ? Passionate about customer service? Know your way around a keyboard? Thrive in a busy environment?
The PDS is looking for a Legal Support Assistant to join our Waitakere team, for a three month period. Reporting to the Support Services Manager, your duties will include:
- assisting our legal secretaries and supporting the office.
- setting up client files and collating legal documents.
- processing client disclosure.
- covering reception and a variety of general office administration tasks.

Utu ā-tau/Salary
The appointing salary for this role is $56,343 to $71,144 per annum – the appointing salary will be based on skills and experience, we are willing to pay higher in the band to attract strong candidates into this role.
