Job Description

Do your L&D peers describe you as versatile, challenge-ready and multi-talented – the Swiss army knife of the L&D team?

Are you stimulated by using your creative talents to solve complicated learning challenges on the fly?

Can you perform in an agile, ambiguous, dynamic and fast paced working environment?

Are you an amazing facilitator who engages your audience with enthusiasm, fosters robust discussions, is adaptive, and consistently delivers great learner experiences?

Do you feel comfortable self-managing and working autonomously?

Working as part of our passionate L&D group of over 20 people, you will bring your learning expertise to create organisational wide learner experiences which enhance business performance.  To do this, you will be engaging with stakeholders and working with subject matter experts from across the broad reach of the Ministry including forestry, fisheries, agriculture and food.
