Job Description

Would you like to work for a high functioning team that assures the integrity, safety and reputation of New Zealand's primary products?

 We are after a superstar administrator with a genuine interest in NZ's primary industries to be an essential member of our Systems Audit Team and responsible for the provision of technical and operational support.

 Typical tasks will involve:

 

  • Overall administration of the Systems Audit Quality System
  • Run reports and follow up on outstanding audit action progress
  • Organising meetings, calibration activities and travel/logistics for the team
  • Organising and coordinating logistics for upcoming audit visits to New Zealand i.e. travel, accommodation, presentation collation, entry and exit meeting co-ordination
  • Responsibility for scheduling of technical assessments, liaising with Accreditation Bodies
  • Meetings management – booking meetings, catering, minute taking
  • Support for wider Assurance Directorate, as required
  • Finance Administration – monthly client invoicing and assisting with FlexiPurchase issues for the team
  • Support for wider Assurance Directorate, as required
  • Answer and trouble shoot any queries

 

To success in this role you will be a strong communicator and be super organized as you manage multiple tasks and deadlines with ease. In your decision making you will display sound judgement and initiative while demonstrating ability to self-manage and prioritise effectively. Ideally, you will be proficient in the Microsoft suite, electronic file management systems and be able to learn to use unfamiliar electronic systems easily. Experience in managing travel bookings and with Quality Management Systems is definitely preferred. Highly desirable skills include proof-reading, peer reviewing and a love of good food. Some travel may be required for this role, as you will be supporting a highly mobile remote team.
