Fixed Term Contract to December 2020

About the Role

As our Facilities and Contracts Coordinator you'll deliver effective facilities and contracts management and maintenance services for the National Control Centre (NCC) and Regional Coordination centers (RCCs). This role works closely with the Contract Manager to deliver effective contractor management in the regional centres which the Mycoplasma .bovis programme operates in.

Key areas of responsibility are the provision of advice and support to the Logistics manager on Facilities maintenance and management issues that impact on the programme. Including contractor performance and issues the proactive management of contractors and the monitoring and reporting on contractor performance metrics and KPIs.

About You

You'll bring to the role extensive knowledge of contract and facilities management and performance metrics and reporting. You'll demonstrate your ability to manage relationships with an assortment of stakeholders. Your understanding of the asset lifecycle and management techniques will underpin your success in this role.

Salary and Benefits

Salary range for this role is approximately $55 to $62k depending on skills and experience.
