Salary band $60,331 to $93,056 depending on skills and experience.
Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the Role:
As People Adviser, you will be joining our People and Capability team to provide generalist advice and support to managers while supporting our Senior People Advisers.
You'll be expected to help provide services to the business across workforce planning, HR reporting, remuneration, employment agreements, employment relations, change management, performance management and management/staff development. In addition, you will support the implementation and maintenance of People and Capability's systems and processes.
Mōu - About You
You are a confident communicator and effective at building trusted relationships with managers and staff, colleagues, employee representatives and unions.
You'll have a high level of resilience, be comfortable working in an agile way and have a strong customer-centric ethos.
