Executive Coordinator
Role type: Permanent, Full Time

Salary range: $60,331 to $81,624 depending on skills and experience
Kōrero mō te Tūranga - About the Role
The purpose of this role is to maximise the effectiveness of the Southern Regional Commissioner by providing high-level support enabling the effective use of time, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, and meeting key reporting requirements. The role delivers this by managing the Commissioner's report back management, daily diary and paper flows by anticipating the unknown, giving assurance by meeting deadlines. Other responsibilities include meeting and greeting their visitors and undertaking full event/logistics management for the Commissioner's office through linking to other Senior Management and teams.
Mōu - About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in a similar role, providing direct executive level support and full administrative functions
- Excellent stakeholder liaison skills and the ability to support professional organisational relationships
- Capability to provide full meeting logistics including minute taking and action item follow-up
- Intermediate/advanced literacy with MS Office, mobile technology and databases
- Ability to prioritise, multitask and problem solve.
