The Opportunity
We are seeking an energetic, highly organised, accurate and efficient administrator to join our team working in the Renal service reception area.
The hours are 0800-1630 Monday to Friday. You will be working from the main reception desk doing a mix of reception work, clinic bookings, data entry and other admin tasks, so multitasking is a must. This is a busy role so excellent communication skills are paramount and a willingness to be a team player is important.
To be the successful applicant you will need to possess the following attributes:
- Proven, high quality and professional customer service skills
- Excellent word processing/data entry skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Word
- Ability to maintain a high standard of accuracy and presentation
- Experience with medical terminology would be an advantage
- Able to work closely with colleagues and the ability to manage a variety of tasks in a busy environment
- Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines/KPI's
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- A strong commitment toward quality improvement.
- Data base ability and a working knowledge of Excel would be useful
