We're offering an exciting opportunity for Registered Nurses to join our Acute Care Mental Health Inpatient Unit — at a time of transformation and growth.

About the Team/Service

Brand New Facility: We are soon moving into purpose-built mental health facility designed to support best-practice care and enhance wellbeing for both service users and staff.  The new facility has multiple therapeutic space's that prioritises people: Our open, non-restrictive model of care allows you the time and flexibility to build meaningful therapeutic relationships and focus on what matters most — supporting recovery.

About you

We are looking for applications from registered nurses who:

• A Registered Nurse with a current practicing certificate
• Experience in mental health
• Strong commitment to recovery-oriented and trauma-informed care
• A team player with excellent communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills
• Passionate about making a lasting impact in mental health services Are enthusiastic and motivated
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills
• Work well in a multidisciplinary team setting
• Are consumer and recovery focused
• Are strong team players
• Demonstrate good clinical decision-making skills
• Effectively delegate to and supervise health care assistants and student nurses

Relevant Post Graduate Qualifications are desirable.
