About the Role

As the Administrator and Outreach Coordinator – Bowel Screen, you will:

  • Lead NBSP-related administrative activity from planning to execution, ensuring timely, high-quality, and equitable outcomes.
  • Administer the programme data and reporting to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, clinical services, iwi, Pacific health providers, and community organisations.
  • Champion continuous improvement, evidence-based practice, and service integration.

Our NBSP team is passionate about improving cancer screening outcomes and reducing health inequities, especially for Māori, Pacific peoples, and those living in areas of high deprivation We work collaboratively across the MidCentral district services and communities to deliver high-quality, culturally safe care.

About you

To be successful, you'll bring:

  • A relevant graduate and post-graduate qualification and or related experience.
  • Expertise in managing health data and generating actionable insights.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills.
  • Experience applying Te Tiriti o Waitangi in health settings.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data reporting tools.
