General Administration Roving Reliever at Health New Zealand - Te Whatu Ora Te Pae Hauora o Ruahine o Tararua MidCentral, Manawatu / Whanganui

About the Role

We have a permanent, full-time position (40 hours per week) for an administrator to provide support across different services. You will work standard business hours, starting and finishing between 7:30 am and 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday (maximum 8 hours per day). 

This role includes covering planned and unplanned leave for our admin teams, and there may be opportunities to assist with other shifts as needed. Duties will include a mix of tasks such as frontline reception, supporting clinic bookings, and data entry.

About You

We are looking for an energetic, highly organised, and efficient administrator with excellent word processing and data entry skills. Strong multi-tasking ability, attention to detail, and a commitment to accuracy and presentation are essential.
