About the Role

As Systems Coordinator, you will lead the alignment and integration of new systems within the inpatient unit. Your work will ensure smooth patient flow and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include:

• Clarifying the flow and interaction of systems within the unit.
• Identifying bottlenecks and obstacles to efficient patient care.
• Problem-solving solutions with ward leadership and key stakeholders.
• Reviewing regulatory requirements and best practice standards.
• Overseeing the implementation of agreed solutions.
