About the Role
We are seeking an experienced senior nurse or Nurse Practitioner to join our Geriatric Emergency Department Intervention (GEDI) team, providing advanced, person-centred care to older people presenting to the Emergency Department. This role combines expertise in emergency and gerontological nursing to support timely assessment, frailty management, safe discharge planning and reduced avoidable hospital admissions. Working closely with ED clinicians, whānau, aged residential care, primary and community services, you will champion equity, dignity and culturally responsive care while contributing clinical leadership, innovation and system improvement across the older person's care pathway.

- Nurse Practitioner or Senior Nurse with prescribing authority
