Administration Role IOC and Medical Imaging

  • Palmerston North Hospital,
  • Permanent Part time 0.4 FTE
  • Hours of work: Two eight hour days per week, between the hours of 0800 and 1630.

About the role

This role supports both the Medical Imaging and Integrated Operations Centre teams, undertaking a range of administration and booking clerk responsibilities within a varied and dynamic work environment. You will contribute to a positive service experience by engaging directly with patients, agencies, and services to support efficient and effective processes.

About you

  • Previous administration experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills
  • Patient and client focused
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teams
  • Commitment to improving the quality of services 
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Ability to work to timeframes.
